So anyway I have an idea for a timeline where the whole community works together to come up with a plausible way for the axis to win AND a plausible way that the Axis's plans could have worked.

Hitler actually felt that control over Ireland would have been key to victory over Britain. In a way, he was right: Ireland is the most western of all European countries, and whoever controls it would be able to cut off Britain's supply line to America. If Eoin O'Duffy had staged a succesful coup, though, Britain could possibly invade. But of course, Irish-Americans would be pissed off, maybe enough to get the USA to go to war with Britain over Ireland. But there is no way that Hilter could have gotten a whole army to Ireland. It would hav failed.

The Irish could stop the supply line for maybe a week or something, and then they would be destroyed. While yes, if a strong country was located on Ireland, it would be of importance, Ireland itself is useless.

Actually, especially after Ireland sided with Germany, America would most likely not do anything. Also, America being Ireland's most important ally is different from Ireland being America's most important ally. America would not do jack shit for Ireland
