The Soviets overrun Europe not long after, prob starting WWII.
Would Stalin even begin a military expansion into East Europe after the Nazi collapse, especially if the Allies began to exert their influence in the region? I doubt he would risk a war with the West in any case, knowing what he was like in OTL.
If Germany never invade Poland, then the Nazi are not in power, leading to the question: is Germany still the Weimar republic? and if yes, is the German economy going better, or will it fall to the communists due to hositily toward the French?
at my opinion, we see a communist Germany align with the Soviet, and then, leading to more communism stance in eastern Europe, then who know, WW2?

I don't think you would see a Weimar Republic, but it would be ruled by the DNVP party, probably somewhat less extreme German radicals. There Could still be an invasion of Poland, but it might be Soviets inviting the Germans to invade from the West, then basically the roles from OTL are swapped. The Soviets take the place of the Nazis, and the Germans now act like the Soviets. I actually made a timeline based around this, the DNVP gaining power rather than the Nazis.
The Baltic States would have fallen anyhow, Stalin hated them.
