What would happen if the Vietnam war met the same fate as the Korean war? Like the two countries are divided?
Similar situation as to Korea would happen, although, the US would use up a lot more resources on the war so it would take a while to recover from it.
One thing for sure is that both nations would be a lot weaker economically than Vietnam in OTL
