So, here's some more advice regarding A World Without Covid-19. Would the 2020 protests against the murder of George Floyd get as big as they did in rl and would they have the same impact on TV shows and movies.
If it's for Differently (or any other series without COVID-19 raging on), most likely, as nothing would possibly get in the way of the BLM movement of 2020. Honestly, I believe that it would have a stronger impact in Differently, as the Confederate States of America exists and whatnot. So, I do believe that the events still could've transpired in a non-COVID world
Yeah, makes sense. So, I'll take it you're not having Covid-19 in Differently? It'll be interesting to see what your interpretation of certain TV shows would be like compared to what I've done so far.
Though so far I'm only focusing on the 2019-2020 United States Television Season so far, with my interpretations of what the unfilmed episodes would've been.
I think they still would have, as people would have found a second issue to protest about if it wasn't covid lockdowns. Whether it be food prices going up. I think probably a bigger hub of protests than it was would be in Australia since it is divided. Especially considering Jamestown (I think) has much less people than real life Victoria. So there probably would have been an even larger percentage in this world's analog to Melbourne if there is one. Anyway that Australia bit is only because I am Australian myself and from Victoria. I also think it could potentially lead to a civil war of sorts in the CSA and/or Danubia since Danubia has so many ethnicities and could have its own "George Floyd" against say a Bosniak considering Bosniaks would be the looked down upon ethnicity in Danubia as most of the other ethnicities do look down on Bosniaks.
