Welcome to Altober, the spookiest time of the year on the Althistory Wiki. Are you plagued by creepy, unsettling ideas which are itching to crawl out of your skull? Or do you know of an existing timeline page which is spooky in its own way? Then let those creative demons out, and join us for a month-long writing event this October 2025. The last two installments of this event have generated some incredibly creative works, possibly some of the most intriguing articles I've ever seen on the Wiki. But I am confident that the participants this year will up the ante once again.
In order to participate, simply add the Category:Altober 3 category to the article you wish to submit, then add a link to the article on the page linked below. This event will continue until Saturday, November 1. On that day, at 1 PM EST, there will be an event on the Althist Discord voice channel to watch horror movies. Please let any TSPTF admin know if you have a movie to suggest, or have any other questions or concerns about this event.
