Hello there. So, after a bit of research and careful consideration, I've decided to do a big retcon for my World Without COVID-19 timeline.
George Floyd's murder is butterflied away. Floyd doesn't loose his club job, therefore he doesn't get into financial difficulties, meaning he doesn't get that counterfeit bill, and you can figure out the rest.
So no murder means no protests. Only downside is that those three cops keep their jobs.
Okay, what has actually happened to the Discussion section on this wiki? If it ain't that one guy sharing his billionth timeline, it's pointless drama like this.
I'm just working on my two COVID timelines, but at least I'm giving them both proper focus and not creating dozens of random timelines.
So, in the near future, I'll be working on a second timeline alongside my World Without Covid-19 timeline. Covid-09 will explore what wouuld've happened had the pandemic started on 15 November 2009.
In my World Without Covid-19 timeline, I have to do pages on sporting events, which is a bit annoying as I have no interest in any sports, so don't be surprised if pages on sporting events aren't massive. Does anybody else's timelines have an aspect of society that they're not overly interested in?
So, I've officially done all the pages for all the 2020 films from mainland China that would be changed by Covid not happening. I'm building up the box office ranking for all 2020 films, but since I'm no good at maths, I was wondering if anybody could tell me if this seems correct. There's one or two films I didn't do pages on since they were streaming exclusive films and wouldn't be effected.
Also, I think even films that weren't directly impacted by Covid would have different box office numbers since people wouldn't be weary about going to theatres in countries that closed them.

So, this is a list of some future timelines I've got planned.
Doomsday: 2022 - the UN and NATO get directly involved in defending Ukraine against Russia by sending troops in. On 27th February at 2 in the afternoon UK time, Putin makes good on his threats and launches nuclear missiles, which leads to an apocalyptic disaster.
Covid related ones - This will be a series of timelines where I'll explore what would've happened if the pandemic had happened in a previous decade. I'm calling the timelines: Covid-59; Covid-69; Covid-79; Covid-89; Covid-99; Covid-09.
And here are the points of divergence.
15 November 1959.
16 November 1969.
18 November 1979.
19 November 1989.
21 November 1999.
15 November 2009.
Another idea I've had is What if there was no United Kingdom and all four countries were completely independent and what if 9/11 never happened.
The one tricky thing is that I don't want to do a timeline that's already been done really well on here. That's why I'll never do my own 1983 Doomsday one. You can't get more perfect than the one we've got.
At the minute, I'm only working on one alternate history project, but I'm curious: does anybody like to work on multiple timelines? Been thinking of working on others I've got in mind so that I don't get burned out.
Was reading the page on television in the 1983: Doomsday timeline and it's nice to know some of my personal favourite shows would still exist; going by the notable shows list. Going by the list of Australian shows, I find it interesting that Neighbours remains with Seven and Home and Away doesn't seem to exist? :(
So, given the recent news about this deadlier variant of Monkeypox that's been spreading, this has made me question something regarding my World Without Covid-19 timeline.
If this variant is as infectious as Covid-19, is it possible that it could be the big pandemic of the 2020s; given that up to this point in the timeline, no lessons have been learned due to Covid not happening.

I mean, this guy is absolutely pathetic: you can disagree with somebody, but this is a step in the psychotic department. We all know how Floyd died; no Covid wouldn't have changed how his life went or ended.
And I find it a relief but also funny that he's only going after my George Floyd protest page. I've worked very hard on this timeline; heck, it's probably the most detailed no Covid timeline so far.
