Bavaria

I was wondering if it would be possible to play as Bavaria . During the German Empire otl, the kingdom enjoyed special rights, priveledges and autonomy within the German Empire. The Bavarian Army even remained independent of the Imperial command structure during peacetime. It also had control over its own railways, breweries, diplomatic corps, postage and telegraph systems. Naturally, is was subject to the Imperial government regarding foreign affairs. I am interested in joining the game as Bavaria, and were I to do so, I would naturally follow Germany's lead on international affairs, whilst focsing on internal affairs (as well as limited diplomacy and perhaps very small-scale colonialism).
