Legislation

Declaration of War on Russia

Three days into the Russian invasion of the United States and on the first day of the 116th Congress, both the House and Senate overwhelmingly voted in favor of formally declaring war on Russian Federation. It was approved by President Ojeda later that same day.

Expanding the Department of Defense

On February 7th, 2019 with the war entering it's second month, Congress voted to expand the defense budget, this would go on to fund many weapons built by the United States.
