On September 26, 2023, people across the world celebrated the 40th anniversary of a Soviet officer named Stanislav Petrov saving the world from a nuclear war. It was celebrated by singing 80s songs and having makeshift lightsaber battles. From then on, that day became known as Stanislav Petrov Day.
