NOTE; THIS IS A HEAVY WORK-IN-PROGRESS.
In 1990, the world faced a unknown crisis of economical depressions. The world slowly faced civil wars from all sides of the world. The world began to slowly divide, after two brutal years of fighting civil war and preventing a unorganized society, the economy began to revive itself, as countries became more open to trade with each other while starving the revolts. The cracks have been made, but it's past mending.
The Fate of Countries[]
Most countries attempted to stay afloat despite the mass famine and unrest, some fizzled out into rump states while some engaged each other to conquer most of the regions. China, one of the hardest impacted countries, was split among several warlords and the now stronger Republicans. The US had a mass succession crisis with only most of the Midwest staying loyal, the successors formed there unions, which saw the further disintegration of the US. The Soviet Union faced the worst crisis in the world with almost every single region declaring independence from the Union.
