Presidential elections were held in Czechoslovakia in April 2007. The first round took place on 14 April 2007. As no candidate won a majority, a run-off election between the top two candidates, incumbent president Madeleine Korbelová and Iveta Radičová, was held on 28 April 2007.

In the first round, voters chose between seven candidates who qualified for the elections either by gathering 50,000 signatures from the public, 10 signatures from Senators or 20 signatures from members of the Chamber of Deputies (MPs). Korbelová, running for the Czechoslovak Social Democratic Party (ČSSD), finished first with 46.71% of the votes, followed by Republican candidate Iveta Radičová, who received 38.05%.

In the second round, Korbelová was elected with 55.53% of the vote to Radičová's 44.47%. The election marked the first time that the two candidates in the secound round were women.
