After this 2nd Hungarian Congress we have decided these changes for the Constitution:
- The Position for Prime Minister is to be held for life
- Prime Minister is to have Full Powers and absolute Authority over decisions for Free Hungary and Decisions over The Education System, he may appoint any Government minister as he pleases.
- The Parliament is to be Dissolved and replace with the Central Council of Affairs, which Is to Operate under The Prime Minister, and he has the right to deny and accept Council Men, it is to be Mostly Operated by Veterans.
- Religion of all types besides any Satanic ones are to be Tolerated.
- The Military is to be Controlled by The Prime Minister, and he can appoint a Military Administer or a Minister of War to Decide strategies with the Supreme Regent.
- The Law And Order system is to be decided by the Central Council of Affairs as long as the Prime Minister Approves of It.
- the Judicial Branch is to be Controlled by the Party of the Republic
- The Next Prime Minister is to be Decided by and Appointed by the Current Prime Minister.
- a Relative of the Prime Minister is to be appointed Grand Bishop of Budapest and is to attend The College of Cardinals and Councils about Christianity.
- Police May Arrest Any Suspected Threat to National Security and Danger to the Stability of the Current Government.
- Mayors of Cities may be Voted For By the People (Only Men Can Vote for a Mayor), the Prime Minister may appoint the Capital City's Mayor only.
- Missionaries Sent by the Catholic Church and other Legal Catholic Church things are to be Allowed.
- the Prime Minister is to be given the upmost respect, Failing to do so will be met with disgrace and Punishment.
- Hungarian Nationalism to be Embraced and Taught in School, along with teaching Respect towards the Leader.
- The Capital is to be Moved Back to Budapest.
- Hungarian Citizens shall enjoy freedoms such as Freedom of Assembly, Freedom of religion (as mentioned above), right to self determination.
