Agamad I Kasimovich Alimov (Cyrllic: Агамaд Касимович Алимов, born May 12, TBD) also known by Ahmad I Kasimovich, Prince of Bukhara, is a Russian celebrity head chef, restaurateur and food historian who is most famous in both Russia and the entire Eastern World, for specializing in Central Asian cuisine, and once served as the Head of the Halal Council of Russia.

He specializes in both Central Asian, and Russian cuisine, but eventually expanded to include Chinese and Mongolian into his palate.

He is most famous for his television show, Oriental Taste Safari, fixated on the cuisines of the Eurasian and East Asian region.

The younger brother of Prince Serajul Alimov, and the third son of Prince Karim Alimov, he is descended from the Manghut dynasty. Agamed Alimov graduated from two prestigious schools, from the Tashkent Islamic School of the Arts with a certification in Halal Food Specialization, and later from the broader Grand Royal University of Tashkent and would later attend school at the Grand Royal Moscow Culinary School.

Alimov would open the first ethnic Uzbek-oriented restaurant in the predominantly-Russian community near the Grand Royal University of Tashkent, known as Yest Agamed. With students growing interested in Central Asian food, Agamed was hired to teach courses on Central Asian at the university.

Eventually, Alimov expanded his businesses beyond Bukhara, into the rest of Central Asia and Russia, opening restaurants and becoming involved in all of Russia's major cities. He would soon open restaurants in Xinjiang, and be known in China as well. He has popularized Mongolian and Turkic cuisines throughout the West, successfully opening and owning many Eurasian-oriented restaurants, as well as Chinese-Turkic-Mongolian fushion.

He was been awarded the Medal of Pushkin.
