Summary[]
Alexander IV of Russia was the Russian tsar from 1900 to 1921. He was born in 1897. At just 3 years old, he became the tsar after Nicholas II abdicated due to a revolt. Due to ascending to the throne so early in life, he was called "The Young Tsar". In 1920, he became very sick and abdicated in 1921. Because Alexander IV had no living heir, his 18 year old brother Nicholas III became the new tsar. Alexander IV died in 1922, aged 25 years old.
