Nominations

  • A Career of Humanity – Though Crystal may not be super active anymore, her latest timeline is easily one of her greatest, such that I'd say she left in style. ACoH is similar in spirit to conworlds/big tents/Differentlylikes, but a bit more walled off, with Crystal herself pushing the TL into a specific direction. The TL has some really cool ideas and well-written pages. For example, Arasuka is a really fresh take on a Japanese Alaska, full of detail, well-integrated with some of ACoH's other ideas (like Mongolia and León), and made complete with a slew of fitting images. England, meanwhile, is one of the most interesting takes I've seen on this country, positing a surviving Anglosaxon England (after Hastings) that eventually enters a personal union with León before establishing a republic and later turning into a dictatorship. Additionally, the TL has an easily recognizable visual style, with it even sporting highly decorated section headers, for example. I think a recognition of Crystal's efforts is well in order. • Apocalypse in August - A very interesting premise and good execution, where the Soviet Union collapses in 1991 and leads to a Nuclear War. A community timeline started by User:WhiteChocolateFan Oh, I didn't mean to push that button!Oh, well leave a message I guess 17:12, 31 December 2025 (UTC)

Best New PoD

This award honors a 2025 timeline with a really interesting starting premise or point of divergence, regardless of how complete it is.

Nominations

  • A French Korea – This timeline is clearly in the early stages, but I really like what is here so far. The timeline posits a successful French expedition to Korea, which culminates in France outright colonizing the country. OP has already established how France makes bank from Korea's natural resources and manages to spread Catholicism throughout the country; this, and their teasing of things like a Hanseong Poison Plot, makes me hungry for more. It even appears that OP intends to write about alt-Korean pop culture, if their page for Cookie Run (and its presence in the timeline's banner) is anything go by. I'm definitely watching this one with interest. Wither (talk) 08:37, 29 December 2025 (UTC)
  • Pax Nivkhiensis - I will always have a soft spot for timelines involving the Nivkh, and this is a humorous interpretation by User:Execcexrrvycvtvtv.
  • European Horses Who? - I find this a rather fascinating premise, where Native Americans have an advanced civilization and Europe is underdeveloped. It definitely needs more development and attention to become worthy of its interesting premise, but I believe it has a great potential in the years to come. Best New Flag

This award is for the best fictional flag created in 2025.

Nominations

  • Flag of German Gabon (Völksreich) by User:Sir Ross. Simple but elegant design for a German colonial flag, with a detailed image of a leopard.

Best New Coat of Arms

This award is for the best fictional coat of arms or emblem created in 2025.

Nominations

  • Coat of Arms of the Third Swedish Republic
Coat of Arms of the Third Swedish Republic by Emperor Mackenstein. Sometimes, less is more, and this emblem for Sweden represents that philosophy perfectly well, in my opinion. It's clean, simple, and yet well-designed. Monarchist Scandinavia is so common a trope that republican or communist heraldry for those countries are hard to come by, so I really commemorate Mack for exploring this path anyway. It's not an overwhelmingly impressive coat of arms, but it really doesn't need to be. Wither (talk) 08:24, 22 December 2025 (UTC)

Best New Map

This award is for the best map created in 2025. Any kind of map is acceptable.

Nominations

  • Europe 1925 (Völksreich)
Europe 1925 (Völksreich) by Sir Ross - The atlas maps of Völksreich are 4/5 of the top five maps to come out of this year. It's hard just nominating one, all of them are just that good. You can picture these maps being hung in a history classroom in the world of Völksreich. But, the map of the continent where most of the timeline takes place deserves the nomination the most. Lifetime Achievement Award: Timeline

This award is for the best timelines across the entire lifetime of the wiki.

Nominations

  • Cherry, Plum, and Chrysanthemum – This timeline has been around for a really long time, and has come a long way. Seeing timelines with a starting PoD outside of Europe or the Americas is always fun, and the PoD that this TL posits – a post-Mongol Japan – is easily one of the biggest what-ifs of the Asia-Pacific region. Stooge's Japan falls under the sway of the court nobles, rather than the military landowners, and (very uniquely for an ATL Japan) eventually becomes a one-party republic committed to Pan-Asianism, exporting its ideology across East Asia. The TL also pulls off several other ideas quite well, like a surviving Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact, a completely alternative South Asia from 1283 onwards, a Hejazi kingdom/caliphate fending off the Saudi attack, and more. Stooge's United Kingdom even undergoes an Anglish-style language reform due to rivalry with a longer-lived Napoleonic France. What I also appreciate about this TL is that it cites a large amount of bibliography, clearly establishing that it is well-researched. I definitely think CPC should get some recognition for the sheer amount of work and effort put into it over the past decade. Wither (talk) 08:24, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
  • Vastator Orbis - Possibly the best and most fleshed out timeline by User:TheCrimsonOracle. Instead of typical Roman PODs leading to a Roman wank, he takes a more free-form and realistic approach, seeing how far the intricacies of politics in the Third Century Crisis can go Oh, I didn't mean to push that button!Oh, well leave a message I guess 17:46, 31 December 2025 (UTC)
