The Anglo-Aragonese Treaty of 1445 is a secret agreement signed by the governments of Alfonso V of Aragon and Richard IV of England, establishing the foundations for a friendship between Aragon and England.

PREAMBLE[]
THE Governments of the Crown Union of the Kingdoms of Aragon, Majorca, Valencia, Sicily, Sardinia and Counties of Barcelona and Malta and the Kingdom of England both declare that under the terms of the Articles as detailed below both our nations will establish the foundations of friendship between our nations.
For ease of reference, henceforth:
- This document may be cited as the Anglo-Aragonese Treaty of 1445;
- The Crown Union of the Kingdoms of Aragon, Majorca, Valencia, Sicily, Sardinia and Counties of Barcelona and Malta shall be referred to as the Crown of Aragon;
- The successor state of the Crown of Aragon, the United Kingdom of Great Iberia, to be established upon the accession of HRH Crown Princess Arianne of Aragon, will be referred to as Great Iberia.
- The Kingdom of England shall be referred to as England;
- The Crown of Aragon and England shall be collectively referred to as the Signatories.
ARTICLE I: MUTUAL NEUTRALITY[]
- In order to protect the interests of England, the Crown of Aragon will not interfere with English efforts to unify the British Isles, though it will be permitted to maintain trade relations with England's neighbours.
- In order to protect the interests of Aragon and its future successor Great Iberia, England will not interfere with Aragonese or Iberian efforts to unify the Iberian Peninsula, though it will be permitted to maintain trade relations with Aragon's and Great Iberia's neighbours.
- In order to facilitate this agreement of neutrality, Aragon and Iberia will avoid establishing formal alliances with Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
- In order to facilitate this agreement of neutrality, England will avoid re-establishing its alliance with Portugal.
ARTICLE II: TRADE ARRANGEMENTS[]
- Tariffs on Aragonese or Iberian goods passing through or whose destination is an English port will be lowered considerably.
- Tariffs on English goods passing through or whose destination is an Aragonese or Iberian port will be lowered considerably.
- Merchants from either Signatory will be permitted to operate freely in the other, so long as they abide by all laws of the nation in which they are operating.
ARTICLE III: LAND CLAIMS[]
- The existence of any Colonies or Land Claims placed by either Signatory shall be immediately recognised by the other. Thereafter, until the day where the Colony should be withdrawn or abandoned by its parent Signatory, the other Signatory will be prohibited from settling within a 50-kilometre of the colony which was established first.
ARTICLE IV: EFFECTIVE DATES[]
- This entente shall come into effect on the day of signing; the Governments of both Signatories shall have up to five years to initiate enforcement of the terms of the entente as outlined in the Treaty above.
- This entente shall remain in effect for a minimum of twenty years; the entente may be renewed through mutual consent by the Crowns of each Signatory.
- The terms of this entente are not inflexible, and may be amended and changed as changing times require; any amendments however require the mutual consent of both Signatories.
- Should this entente's term expire, and the Signatories do not wish to renew it, the terms of the entente as stated in the Treaty above shall no longer have any binding effect.
ARTICLE V: SIGNATORIES[]
