A Short History of Armenia[]
Armenia was established by Emperor Marcus Aurelius while he and his General Carolus around the same time as the conquest of the Parthian Provinces. This conquest brought the Roman Empire many new subjects and the Armenians were more relieved than upset at the death of their leaders. Armenia was run by the military but this was hardly a hindrance to the trade and other operations of the Armenians. They kept much of their culture but many could speak Latin and many believed in the Roman gods, at least in public.
