In our world, the Assyrian Empire reigned from from 934 BC to 609 BC. It conquered most of the Middle-East, before fading into oblivion. The Babylonians revolted, and aided by their Scythian and Median allies.
One of the last Assyrian rulers was Sinsharishkan. His reign was 15 years, and during most of it he was fleeing. But, what if Sinsharishkan was able to defeat Nabopolassar and his allies?
What if he was able to created a more glorified Assyrian Empire, in the year 613 BC? And reconquered all of the territory held under its heith by 611 BC?
