The Union of Baltic Republics was a former nation located in Eastern Europe.

It was formed from the newly-independent nations of Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia, who had just gained independence from the crumbling Soviet Republic.

In 2007, the UBR and Poland agreed to merge into the United Commonwealth of Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, or the Polish-Baltic Commonwealth.
