The American-Russian Battle of Berlin was the last battle of Berlin in 1949, September 6th, where Soviets were taking a house-by-house, street-by-street. The battle ended with Soviet victory, and over 1000 Allied soldiers surrendering. The US was doing most of it to protect it, so the war is called "American." However, French and British sectors were also invaded, but did not take much role in resistance.
