Bernie Sanders is an American politician, former Vermont senator, and former Prime Minister of the United States.
Sanders is a member of the Democratic Party, and was widely popular for implementing left-wing policies including a Green New Deal (since 2019) and universal healthcare (since 2017), but his 2020 Prime Ministerial campaign policies were controversial by his Republican voter-base for him abandoning several of his 2016 policies and replacing them with more left-leaning policies and at the same time, Bernie have to deal with the democratic establishment and the elites and the negative press against him, and even unaffiliated liberals and some 2016 supporters of Bernie Sanders started to turn against him in favor of Republicans and third parties, which those factors had caused him to lose the 2020 United States general election against Donald Trump.
