I condemn in the strongest terms the recent actions of the Aum Shinrikyo cult, which has violently taken control of the Japanese government and now poses a significant threat to regional stability. This group's track record of violence and exploitation cannot be tolerated.
Rest assured, the United States and its allies are committed to supporting the people of Japan and working to dismantle this dangerous and destructive cult.

William Jefferson Clinton (born William Jefferson Blythe III, August 19, 1946 - March 23, 1995) was an American politician who served as the 42nd and last president of the United States from 1993 until his death on the disastrous day of the Armageddon on March 23, 1995. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as Governor of Arkansas from 1979 to 1981 and again from 1983 to 1992. Clinton, whose policies reflected a centrist "Third Way" political philosophy, became known as a New Democrat.

Clinton was born and raised in Arkansas. He graduated from Georgetown University in 1968, and later from Yale Law School, where he met his future wife, Hillary Rodham. After graduating from law school, Clinton returned to Arkansas and won election as state attorney general, followed by two non-consecutive tenures as Arkansas governor. As governor, he overhauled the state's education system and served as chairman of the National Governors Association. Clinton was elected president in the 1992 election, defeating the incumbent Republican Party president George H. W. Bush and the independent businessman Ross Perot. He became the first president to be born in the Baby Boomer generation.

During his presidency, Clinton presided over the shortlived period of peacetime economic expansion in American history. He signed into law the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act but failed to pass his plan for national health care reform.

In March 23, 1995, before the world was hit by the nuclear blast, the nation and the rest of the world faced escalating tensions as the events of World War III was unfolded. The destructive chain of events began with the infamous The Armageddon carried out by the Aum Shinrikyo cult, led by Shoko Asahara. The cult unleashed a catastrophic "computer virus" that crippled the nation's infrastructure, leading to widespread panic and chaos. In the face of the impending nuclear strike on Washington, D.C., President Bill Clinton and his administration swiftly initiated evacuation efforts for the city. However, the evacuation was not completed before the devastating impact of the bomb hit. President Clinton himself was caught in the blast, marking the tragic fate of his administration. With the exception of surviving members, such as Vice President and later acting-president Al Gore, who fortunately wasn't in Washington, D.C. at the time of the events, the majority of President Clinton's administration did not survive the nuclear fallout in the aftermath of the devastating nuclear strike on the nation's capital.
