Life[]
Boris was born into a wealthy Baltic Germany family, that is descended from German migrants who migrated to the Baltics. His father is Wilhelm von Pfeiffer, a wealthy engineer from East Germany hired by Rostech: Riga, and his mother, Sophia von Günther, was a real-estate bussinesswoman who worked for Royal Livensky Real Estate. Becoming part of the Baltic Order of Knighthood, his family was eventually accepted into the local Baltic German nobility.
Boris attended the Royal Riga Gymnasium, and had actually met princes and princesses from the House of Livensky, House of Ungern-Sternberg and the House of Romanov, and then later went to college in Rostov, in the Grand Rostov Polytechnic, where he encountered some members of the House of Wrangel. Originally pursuing a career in the medical field, he became interested in joining the military. He would enter service as a Lietennant Officer in the 1st Rostov Medical Corps of the 4th Rostov Division of the Imperial Russian forces.
During the Tumultous 1990s, he went on missions to aid and revive wounded Russian soldiers. Boris however, was neither pro or anti-Tsarist, stating he was just "going about and doing his duty".
However later, he switched his views and became an avid Tsarist. He married a fellow Baltic German in Port Arthur, Joella von Bergmann, and the two got married at the Port Arthur Lutheran Cathedral.
He served as the Royal Chief for Royal Police Force of Riga for two years, and joined the Democratic Nationalists. He would play a role in busting fast food chains caught for unethical practices.
