Brazilian Democratic Movement (MDB), formerly the Brazilian Democratic Movement Party (PMDB), is a major Brazilian political party in the center. It was appointed as the largest center party in Brazil and the largest non-PSDB and PT party in Brazil. His electoral number is 15. Founded in 1980, it has a centrist political orientation. He is the successor of the Brazilian Democratic Movement, a party opposed to the Brazilian Military Dictatorship.
