The British separated Burma Province from British India in 1937. Burma now has its own Prime Minister as well. Doesn't mean that Sir Archibald Douglas Cochrane doesn't have a say anymore.
In 1940, 45,000 soldiers are ready for the defense of the country, which the overpopulated Bengal in the west depends on for food imports.
