The Four Canadian Space Programs are four space programs conducted by the Canadian Space Exploration Agency (CSEA). The four programs are Apollo (to the Moon), Bellona (to Mars), Columbia (for launching the CSS), and Hudson (a plan to explore outer space).
Apollo[]
Apollo is Canada's lunar program, with much of its research being inherited from America's Apollo Program. America scrapped Apollo for Ares, an Areocentric landing program. Several training astronauts from NASA and astronauts in the CSEA both joined the Canadian Apollo program.
Canada evenntually joined forces with South Africa in the Space Race. When Apollo 1 was launched, a Canadian man, Mark Holt, a South African man, and an American man were onboard.
Eventually, the Apollo 5 put the first man on the moon. After that, Bellona started.
Bellona[]
Bellona is Canada's mission to Mars. The rocket was launched immediately after the project started, because the CSEA used NASA plans. Bellona 1 stopped firstly at the Explorer, ending the first stage of its year-long journey. To prevent a pyschological problem from befalling the astroanuts, they stayed at the space station for a month where they could be with other people and went on frequent spacewalks so that they did not feel cramped up.
After leaving the Explorer, the Bellona 1 went farther outwards, and made a stop at the Discovery. The astronauts did the same routine again. After leaving Discovery, they headed towards Kratos, Canada's third space station. They are currently en route to Kratos.
