A History of Cantabria[]
Forming from a conquest by the Cantabri people of the Asturi and Gallaeci, Cantabria was one of the Post-Hispanian Provinces of Rome. It was recognized by the, new, Emperor Sergius after he returned from the Second War for the North along with the other new Provinces. The First Governor of Cantabria was appointed by Sergius and was a rubber stamp body for the orders of Sergius. Cantabria was not allowed to join the Senate because of the control insisted upon them by Sergius.
