Carpathian Cargo Company is important regional construction, infrastructure and transportation company owned by Palaiologos family and Templars, through their joint rival efforts against Imperial Trade Corporation.

Carpathian Cargo Company was founded as Cargo Guild in eastern Transylvania and western Ukraine in 1317 by Marcus Palaiologos. Their early basic economic activities were short distance cargo transportation between various villages and cities, when they provided workforces, materials and security necessary for transportation and also had one long distance transportation route from Suceava to Odessa.

Later, their activities expanded to transportation of people, building roads, highways, small cargo ports, bridges and providing ferry services.

Origin of Carpathian Cargo Company came from 1310, when small portion of Palaiologos family moved to northern Bulgaria and eastern Romania. There they initiated cooperation and private activities with Order of Templar. Templars were granted two fortress and administring of five small towns and villages in Bulgaria by Emperor Romanos V and they wanted to prevent expansion of ITC and use current situation in Bulgaria and Romania. Jovian Palaiologos founded Bank of Constanta, joint Templar-Palaiologos commercial, banking and insurance company and Marcus Andronikos Palaiologos founded Cargo Guild of Transylvania, as he decided to make his profits in transportation services.

Armed protection of templars with their initial loan for starting Cargo Guild and Marcus Palaiologos administrative abilities, organizational capabilities and experties in trade law and legality, include his sense for negotiation with local mayors, merchants and officials, started rapid growth of Cargo Guild of Transylvania. Marcus Palaiologos understood needs of safety passway for supplies, cargo and goods of local merchants and so their joint company was very successful.

According Imperial Law on Private Activities (proposed and approved by Emperor in 1329), Cargo Guild of Transylvania was transformed in to joint-stock company.

After Dark Age, Carpathian Cargo Company expanded and started to do business in construction, building infrastructure and used terrible and critical situation after Dark Age, now under control by Marcellianus Palaiologos, son of Marcus Palaiologos.

Also, company headquarter was moved from Odessa to Brašov.

During reign of Empress Theodora II and early expansion of Roman Empire in to the Space, Carpathian Cargo Company became one of earliest company to use robotic/android employees, as demands for cargo and commercial transport experienced exponential growth. Because of that, CCC remain in position of dominant cargo company.

In 1892, Carpathian Cargo Company was renamed to Interplanetary Cargo Company and became one of important imperial companies operating in interplanetary cargo, commercial and personal transport. Despite that, center of company remained in Brašov.

In 1989, company was imperialized and bought by Imperial Trading Corporation.
