Ten Great Emperors[]
Five Great Emperors is modern historian term for five emperors of restored Roman Empire, whos reign returned Roman Empire again in to the position of superpower. Those emperors are Romanos V, who restored Empire and reformed Empire, Valerianus III, who greatly increased economic and scientific capabilities of Empire, Tiberius IV, who expanded Empire territory and Constantine XI and Empress Irene I, whos both reign transformed Roman Empire in to modern industrial and military superpower.
After many discussions at the Imperial Academy of Historical Sciences, imperial scholars decided to reform term "Five Great Emperors" in to "Ten Great Emperors", as they regard many important rulers as underestimated in the time of forming concept of "Five Great Emperors".
Disputes were among counting Emperor Michael VIII as one of Great Emperors. He was accepted as concession toward former insurgents, lower classes and impoverished planets, who venerate him as their hero, but also because of his economic policy, which had deep positive effect on planetary industrialization and interstellar infrastructure development.
