the Chicagoan Council State (or the Chicagoan Soviet State) is a Puppet republic located in Eastern Illinois. It is surrounded by the Socialist Union of America.
Government[]
The CCS is controlled by the Chicago Socialist Party. Much like other states that broke off from the Socialist Union of America it is considered a Puppet State.
State Council[]
The state council holds one representative from each county. In the council, leaders dubbed the Soviet Leaders of the Counties meet and get instructions from the President. These instructions vary from school education to military supplies.
Etymology[]
The CSS got its name from its capital city, Chicago and from its Soviet government.
History[]
Establishment[]
Standing in front of the Planetary Soviet, Mayor Richard M. Daley proposed the Chicagoan Council State. The President of the SUA, Gus Hall supported the proposal behind the scenes and set up secret deals with the Mayor. When the time for judgement came a majority supported the creation of the republic not realizing they had created a Puppet State for the SUA.
Provisional State Committee of Chicago[]
The PSC Chicago was the predecessor of the CCS, and was part of the SUA as a autonomy until it was ready to break off, this gave the SUA enough time to install politicians loyal to the Communist Party of America. During this period, Provisional President M. Daley was taught how to run a country by the president of the SUA and many defense acts were signed in private between the two.

Military[]
The Chicagoan People’s Army is the main military in charge of defending the CCS from any threat. They are trained in Europe and when they are ready they are sent back.
