History[]
Government[]
The city of Coligny is the only member of the Antarctic Capital Territory and it's governments are fully integrated. It is considered a seperate entity from any province and it's government is almost equal to the other provincial governments in it's powers, exept for some that are reserved for the federal government. It is headed by a Mayor, who has more powers than most other mayor in Antarctic cities, as he has almost the same powers as Magistrates of other provinces.
