The Constitution Party is a Paleoconservative, American Nationalist, Reactionary, Christian Nationalist political party in the United States and one of the seventh contemporary political parties since Republican Party collapse. They are the sixth largest party (by membership) very beyond every party except Reform Party since 2015.

The party is very popular in mostly Alabama, Idaho, and Utah since 2014 besides Libertarians and Democrats in all them.

And ever since Brexit they are gaining popular in other Southern states and half Montana since late of 2016 as Tea Party revolutionary movement which party plays important minor role.

The idea that the principles and intents of the US Constitution are relevant in human relations was the origin of the 1991 founding. Founding members included 2016 US Presidential candidate Darrell Castle and former US Office of Economic Opportunity Secretary and true founder of party Howard Phillips.

The party platform is based on originalist interpretations of the United States Constitution and shaped by principles it finds set forth in the Declaration of Independence, Bill of Rights, Constitution, and the Bible.

There are "7 Guiding Principles" for Constitution Party candidates and platforms.[14] Throughout these principles and accompanying platform, items are direct quotes from early US founders and political figures, the US Constitution, the Federalist Papers, and the US Declaration of Independence, among others. The party applies these quotes as evidence of their views of the Constitution, and how the US is founded on Christian principles while maintaining their support of the No Religious Test Clause.
