The Delhi Sultanate is an Islamic state in the Indian subcontinent centered at Delhi.

Alauddin Khilji[]

Sultan Alauddin Khilji ascended the throne in 1296, having killed Jalauddin Khilji and suppressed the revolts against him. Alauddin Khilji went on to conquer the states in the Gujarat region in the year 1300 and was able to brutally crush the Punjab (1297), Sindh (1299) and Killi(1299) invasions by the Mongol Chagatai Khanate. He also answered the call to Jihad against the Ilkhanate by the Abbasid Caliphate by invading the Ilkhanate in the year 1300. He also invaded the Chagatai Khanate in the year 1300.
