As part the timeline's title, the most obvious difference is that COVID-19 never becomes a pandemic due to the China not covering up the virus and being more willing to share information with the rest of the international community. This results in an almost-utopian scenario for 2020.

- Trump does not lose voter base since he would not have downplayed the epidemic. As a result, he is re-elected during the 2020 elections.
Music[]
- Wanderland Music festival pushes through.
- Tomorrowland 2020 pushes through.
Sports[]
- Due to the butterflies, Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and 9 others on that helicopter are still alive.
- NBA finishes on schedule.
- Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics occurs on time.
TV and Movies[]
- Jurassic World: Dominion continues filming, eventually finishing by July 2020. It is scheduled to be released on June 12, 2021.
- Disney's Mulan smashes box-office records with an estimated sale of $500 million. Nonetheless, it is still criticized for having been filmed in Xinjiang where Ughyur Muslims are currently being pressed into concentration camps.
