The Confederation of Canada is a sovereign state in North America. The country is located along the Gulf of Maine and Gulf of Saint Lawrence, and it is bordered by Quebec to the north and the United States to the west. The nation's capital is Charlottetown while its largest city is St. John's. The Confederation of Canada claims to be the legitimate successor to the Dominion of Canada, a state which existed from 1867 until 1984, however this has been disputed by the Canadian Commonwealth. The Confederation's sovereignty has also been disputed by the Commonwealth as well, and as such the Commonwealth is referred to as West Canada while the Confederation is referred to as East Canada.

East Canada is a federal state with a constitutional monarchy, with the British monarch William V as the current reigning King. The King is represented by his viceroy Governor General Arthur LeBlanc and the government is led by Prime Minister Dennis King.
