East Germany, officially the Honickerist Union, is an autocratic honikerist one-party state in central Europe, formed in 2004. Although a one-party state in de facto, each province is lead by a head of it's own, albeit serving under the higher role of President, governing in a similar role to the countries of the European Union. The largest province with the most power is East Berlin, which was designated to be the capital by its founder Sergeant Pepper.
