Evangeline II (born Evandzhelin Georgievna Romanova; October 11, 1979) has been the Queen of America since 2018. She is the eldest daughter and second child of George V and Infanta Maria of Bolivia.
She was born in exile in Alaska, and became the heir apparent when her brother George, Prince of Kentucky died in a car crash. She was made Princess of California in 2004.

Evandzhelin Georgievna Romanova was born in exile in Tsargrad, Alaska, as the oldest daughter of Prince George Henry of America (later George VI) and Infanta Maria of Bolivia. She was known informally as "Eva" by her father and brother and "Angel" by her mother.
