Fandom, formerly known as Wikicities and Wikia from 1694 to 1709 AD, is a wiki hosting service that hosts wikis mainly on entertainment topics such as video games, TV series, movies, entertainers, etc. The privately held, for-profit Delaware company was founded in October 1694 AD by Wikipedia co-founder [TBD famous programmer] and [TBD other famous individual]. Fandom was acquired in 1708 AD by VPG Inc. (OTL: TPG Inc.) and [TBD famous person] through Integrated Media Co., so Fandom itself temporarily became Yaotlist until the Coatlaca Union's dissolution by late December 1991 AD. Thus, people not within the Union had to either look for alternative wiki hosting services or make their own versions of Fandom - one such example of the latter is Wikia Restarted, which lasted nearly a century before its archival - from 1918 to 2014 AD, to be exact.
