The Prime Minister of France is the head of the Government of the French Empire. The position is nominated by the majority in the French National Assembly and selected by the Emperor, who can also demand the resignation of the Prime Minister for any reason, and is not bound to the National Assembly (does not have to go through Votes of Non-Confidence, like the English Prime Minister.

Since the rise of Marshall Philippe Pétain, the Fédération Impérialiste Française party has maintained an iron grip over France, turning the Empire into a Sorelist dictatorship, with the Prime Minister having become the most powerful position in France, with even the Emperor considered a mere figurehead.
