The second atomic war was a war in 1983. The cities of Toronto, Düsseldorf and Strasbourg were hit by atomic bombs that year. Toronto was hit since the Second North American Republic (1756 World) had been adopting a pro- German policy under President Spiro Theodore Agnew (1756 World).
