al-Mustakfī bi-llāh (Arabic: المستكفي بالله‎), born Abū ar-Rabīʾ Sulaymān, was the 42nd Abbasid Caliph of Islam and second Imam of the Baghdad Imamate. Although the Abbasid Caliph resided in the Mamluke Sultanate following the Siege of Baghdad in 1258, the Abbasid Dynasty would relocate to Baghdad in 1328 following the death of Imam Andalah al-Ebrahimi, which would culminate in Caliph al-Mustakfī being appointed as Imam of the Baghdad Imamate in 1329, re-constituting the Abbasid Caliphate.

During the Taymiyyah Revolution, al-Mustakfī would openly support the Disciples of Ibn Taymiyyah Order, supporting their conflict in the Jihad against impiety. and establishing the Order of Taymiyyah, one of the earliest examples of a permanent, standing militia.

Although very little information exists due to purge of records following the Taymiyyah Revolution, it is said in Islamic folklore that Caliph al-Mustakfī suffered from ill-health much of his life, and as such ruled from his palace, likely the Palace of the Green Dome, during the later years of his reign. Any surviving records of the Caliph would be burned during the Great Fire of Cairo in 1579.
