The Treaty of Kerman was a treaty to end hostilities in the South Asian, Australian and African front of the Great War, after the defeat of the British military over various colonial revolts.
Terms of the Treaty[]
Political changes[]
- Hostilities between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and the nations of Arabia, Swahili, Uluru, and their allies will cease.
- Uluru's government will retain any administrative structure left by Great Britain but under the control of the Ulurun Emperor instead of the British King.
- Strategic locations within India will remain under Arabian occupation for one year after signing the treaty, after which they will withdraw from the subcontinent completely.
- The British Government renounces all rights, privileges, concessions and responsibilities as per the Carr Agreement.
- The rights of self-determination and self-governance as exercised by the African nations would be respected by the British government.
- Uluru, Arabia and Swahili would be allowed to construct military bases in the Maldives, Lakshadweep and Diego Garcia.
Territorial changes[]
- The Empire of Uluru will gain full independence from British Rule.
- Tasmania is ceded under Ulurun suzerainty.

- Baloch is annexed to Afghanistan.
- The Empire of Dravidia will be independent.
- The Empire of Bengal will be independent.
- The remaining states in the British Raj are united together into a single state, known as the Empire of Aryavarta, with its capital in Indraprastha.
- A small region bordering Kashmir is annexed to that nation.
- Kismayo is reincorporated into Swahili.
- The British colonies in the map below are annexed to Swahili.
Economic changes[]
- Great Britain will recognize any economic concessions given by the South Asian and Australian states to either Arabia or Swahili.
- Britain is limited In the number of ships it can have in the Indian Ocean to 50 ships for the next 20 years.
Annex 1: Kashmir's note[]
We would like the results of our 1917-1918 activity in India noted when it is given a smallish peace of land British India. To reiterate our stance on the issue:
Kashmir Diplomacy: We maintain that we will not selfishly or malignantly interfere with Indian affairs.

We see British India is in disarray and send emissaries to nearby Sheikhupura, Chiniot, Narowal, Amritsa, Lahore, Fiselbad and Balata with a message pointing out British India's decline, Kashmir's success and Kashmir's fear of chaos in India. The message also asks their officials to defect (along with the villages, towns and cities) to the Kashmiri side and sign a document that makes them part of the safe and still independent Kashmiri land. It is entirely voluntary and they are not coerced, just fed a lot of spin doctoring and a charm (Mod decide if it works).
(Secret). If Arabia and Company do invade India, then you can have the support of 150 Kashmiri troops in covert warfare (Colonel Mahindra Havind Bose is on standby with his men). We would like to annex the OTL Muslim Punjab and OTL Sikh Punjab in a line north of (and including) Layyah, Kasur, Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur to set up a Kashmiri run neutral buffer zone. They will be free of the British and the troubled British border will be farther from us. (End Secret).
All military except for a 2000 man rifle armed royal/Loya Jirga guard and the 500 armed border patrol will be disbanded by 1921.

- OOC Dev: Please do consider the fact that Bengal (Magadh) is an oligarchy based on Aryavartan lines and if you read the 1780s and 1790s Bengal/Magadh turns you will see that the reunification of Aryavarta was a stated goal of the Bengali/Magadhi oligarchy. If there is any sort of reunification of Aryavarta, Bengal would join it. Bengal/Magadh has the capital of Aryavarta (Patna). Also since the Royal family of Dravidia was lost, Dravidia would be a democracy with a Westminster system.
- The request is denied. Bengal may work out uniting with Aryavarta after the war but as of the signing of this treaty they are separate nations -Arabia
