2019 FA Cup Final[]
The 2019 FA Cup Final was played between English Champions Manchester City and midtable team Watford. Most people predicted an easy Manchester City victory. The kickoff whistle was blown at Wembley and play began, Kevin De Bruyne saw 2 shots just past the post within 10 minutes. Watford hit the counter but Troy Deeney was unexpectedly in the box and was fouled, a penalty was given and Deeney stepped up and scored. But by the 30 minute mark Raheem Sterling put one past the keeper to equalize. 20 minutes after the second half started Kyle Walker would score from outside the box to put the Sky Blues over. Everything seemed lost for Watford as the clock hit the 88th minute and City had corner but a sloppy kick saw defender Adam Masina take it and run upfield. A panicked Ederson initially tried to meet him but decided to return to the goal and Masina made a 30 yard chip shot into the goal. That saw the match go into extra time, with a minute to go Watford made a series of passes which ended up in a cross for Deeney which he heads in and secures the Trophy for Watford.

2009/10 Europa League Final[]
The 2009/10 Europa League Final was played on 1 July 2010 in the Ferenikos Stadium, Byzantium between the Italian Cup Winners Piemonte Calcio and English overachievers Fulham. The match started off easy with shots by Juventus rattling Goalkeeper Tim Howard. Clint Dempsey had a few shots on G. Buffon but both teams went into the halftime break happy, Fulham not being under and Juventus knowing that they are the stronger team. Inside the hour mark would see John Paintsil score from a corner but Juventus would respond in 5 minutes by Luca Toni and 3 minutes after that he would double his lead. In the 85th minute Jóhannes Karl Guðjónsson scored a goal from outside of the box which sent the London fans into raptures. The game went into extra time and all knew that Juventus would take the win in a penalty shootout so Fulham had to make the 30 minutes count. In 2 minutes into the second half the American Clint Dempsey was fouled within the box and Fulham gave the penalty. Dempsey had the chance to bring Fulham their long awaited title, he hit the post and it fell back to him, now closer and with Buffon on the ground Dempsey tapped it in and the Londoners would win. This would perfect the “Gunners nightmare” as Arsenal had won the title the year before but would now be in 10th place in the league with every other Premier league London team winning a trophy, Tottenham (League Cup), Chelsea (Premier League), QPR (FA Cup) and Fulham (Europa League). This would mark the beginning of Fulham’s golden season which ended with winning the Premier League the 2010/11 season.
