The Treaty of Nicosia is a treaty used to end the Omani Civil War. Signed in 1761, it was used to divide up the Sultanate of Oman into three succeeding states.

Territorial Terms[]
- Qatar is ceded from Oman.
- The Zakariyya Emirate is ceded from Oman.
Political Terms[]
- All nations remain a vassal of Jaffarid Arabia
- Non-aggression pact lasing 25 years among all states.
- In addition to allowing the succession of the Zakariyya Emirate, Oman retains the largest ports, portion of the navy stationed there, and a percentage of the economy every 5 years.

- Qatar is given general supervision over trade routes that go from the Middle East to South and Southeast Asia
- Oman retains supervision over trade routes that go from the Middle East to elsewhere.
