Francoist Spain, also known as Nationalist Spain, and officially referred to as the Spanish State or Kingdom of Spain, was a nation in Iberia, lead by Francisco Franco from 1939 to 1965, when Franco died for a heart attack.

Great Nuclear War[]

Spain wasn't hitted during the war for his isolation and for his non use of nuclear weapons, so for this two facts Spain wasn't hit by Soviet Missiles, but it came in a status of fear and martial law.

Annexation of Gibraltar[]

In 1963 after have consulted the parliament and the minister of war Franco order at the  plan was formulated to invade Gibraltar. Formally a British Crown Colony, the Great Nuclear War meant that it lost communications with the United Kingdom. Virtually undefended, on the 15th June 1963 Spain invaded Gibraltar. Whilst originally putting up fierce resistance, by the 20th, the defending troops and hundreds of Gibraltans boarded boats and evacuated, the largest number coming to Malta.

Death of Franco and Return at the democracy[]

On the 20th November 1965 Franco died. When Franco died Juan Carlos of Borbon was procaimed King of Spain by the Parliament, like it was planned by Franco, after the crowning he say he Spain it will return at be democratic one it was before the came of Franco, but in a slowly process, for rebuild the country after his isolation trouth the world and for bring that in a democratic regime, also after that the King have give large authonomy at the Spanish provinces, reunited under the Authonomous Community
