Georg Olaf Furst von Rennenkampf (Russian: Георгий Олаф Эдгарович фон Ренненкампф, Georgiy Ivanovich fon Rennenkampf) known as George I Edgavorvich, Prince of Siberia and Prince of Courland, is a Russian businessman, who is the current founder of Royal Siberia Development Corporation, and one of the co-founders of Royal Media Siberia, a Siberian news and television media company. He is perhaps known for bringing attraction and tourism into Siberia.
Voted as one of the most influential businessmen of Russia, Prince Georg Olaf is perhaps well-known for revalization and developing Siberia, which had been a predominantly-rural and undeveloped region. A former member of the Nationalist Front, he considers himself a progressive-conservatives.
He is s a member of the Royal Holy Society of Odin, a ridiculed cult across Russia, where he has received the High Servant of Odin medal.
His youngest daughter, Princess Ella I Georgievna, became Miss Russia 2013, and is considered one of the most beautiful Miss Russia pageants.
Biography[]
Prince Georg Olaf was born to Prince Edgar I of Courland and his Norwegian wife, Princess Ingeborg of Norway. He is of the wealthy House of Rennenkampf, its main Baltic and Lutheran factions, currently the wealthiest Baltic German princely family in Russia. He joined the Imperial Royal Guards.
Upon migrating to Siberia, he fell in love with Princess Olga I Dmitiryevna of Chernigov. The two agreed to raise their children Orthodox, though Prince Georg Olaf remained Lutheran.
They gave birth to Prince Gabriel, Princess Ella, Princess Alina, Princess Olga II and Prince Jacob.
Political views[]
Prince Georg Olaf is a Lutheran, although attends Orthodox masses with his wife. He originally had ultra-conservative views, and worked as a media coordinator for the Nationalist Front, being given high preference because of his Baltic German and princely status. He later developed progressive-conservative views, and took a non-partisan approach to politics, although stats he still "...obviously a staunch supporter of the Autocrat of all Russia".
However, Prince Georg Olaf has not stated what specifically made him part with the Nationalist Front.
Prince Georg Olaf has made controversial statements, especially regarding white-skinned Jews, whom he claims are truly Germanic or Russian, being froced to adopt Judaism. This caused Fyodor Amirovich, a the owner of Amirovich Industries, to cut business ties with Prince Georg Olaf.
"No, there is no white-skinend Jews, or white Jews, these people are fellow European Gentiles, Germanic and Russian peoples being forced to adopt a Jewish identity, I advise they turn to their true ancestrial heritages and faiths."
The prince was also quoted as having stated that "...every synagogue, in Russia, Germany, Europe, and eventually the world. needs to be shut down. These people are the absolute leeches of mankind."
However, in 2008, the prince has reported as having re-opened ties with Russian Jewish businessmen, such as Pavel Freudenstein and Mikhail Gelfand. Many suspect it is because of the two's European physical appearance, and their membership within the White Jewish League.
When China invaded Southeast Asia, Prince Georg Olaf lambasted Beijing, but stated that a war against China is not necessary, less Chinese troops were to amass onto Russian borders.
