Georgia is one of the fourteen states of the Confederate States of America. It is bounded by the Atlantic Ocean on the southwest and borders Florida to the south, Alabama to the west, South Carolina to the east, and North Carolina and Tennessee to the north. Its capital and largest city is Atlanta. In 2021 Georgia had a fertility rate of 2.03.
