Germany, officially known as the German Empire (German: Deutsches Kaiserreich) is a nation in central Europe. Germany is the most populous member state of the Zollverein, and the second most populous country in Europe overall, after Russia with 128 million people living it it's constituent states in an area of TBD kilometres, and is bound between the Baltic sea to the north and the Alps to the south. Germany was formed in 1866 after a protracted war with Bavaria known as the Brother's War. With the creation of the young German state led by the House of Hohenzollern, it's industry started exploding in size, and becoming the strongest military power in Europe by 1914. With the advent of the First Great War, Germany defeated it's enemies and became the hegemon of Europe, which would last for a mere 2 decades before being exiled to it's colonies in Mittelafrika, establishing the German Empire in-exile, which woul last until the early 70's, where it returned to Germany proper during the Central European Campaign during the Third Great War. After the conclusion of the Third Great War, Germany entered an economic boom, with it's currency, the Deustchemark becoming Europe's strongest currency, and the 3rd strongest currency of the world. The German economic boom would continue until the 2000's, when it slowly started to fade. Germany is considered to be a great power with a strong economy, as it has the largest economy in Europe.It is a global power in scientific, industrial, technologic and weaponry sectors. It is the world's largest exporter and the world's 2rd largest importer. Germany is a developed country, which offers social security, a universal healthcare system, and tuition-free university education. Germany is a member of the Assembly of Nations, the Zollverein, the Group of Twelve, the European Mutual Defense Pact, the Congress of Europe and is an observer state of the Alliance of Germanic States.
