Governorates of Bellinsgauzenia.
The United Governorates of Bellinsgauzenia is a federal state currently comprised of ten governorates (Russian: губернии, gubyernii), as well as one federal district. Bellinsgauzenia was established with the unification of five governorates in 1926. Between 1956 until 1971, five additional governorates were established from the existing five.
Each governorate is constitutionally granted sovereignty over their gubernatorial issues (so long as they don't go against federal laws and regulations). Among the more notorious quirks of the gubernatorial boundaries are the two "four corners" (the only nation on Earth to have such boundaries).
