Hendrick Fischer Reginar, or more Commonly known as Hendrickus Pisacus Reginar, Was an alchemist, Merchant and Explorer in the Early 14th Century. In an era where trade between the Mediterranean, Asia and Africa began to pick up. While he was originally a Merchant and Commoner in his home area, who sold mostly Brown coal to the Council of Heyst to come by. But once he got his hands on Black powder he was able to use his wealth to study and perfect this Powder and the Ratio, as Lotharingian Black powder was vastly inferior to that of Asia. This desire to find the source of the Gold and Black powder began his travels to Africa and Eventually the Mali empire.

Hendrickus learning about the Moorish and then Malian traditions, where he Converted to Islam. Thus becoming الأسماك , this one event combined with his grownig knowledge changing his life fully.

Early Life and career[]

Hendrick Vischer was born in the Town of Hilset, a small town in Brabant. To two peasant parents, who's identity has never been uncovered although Hendrickus told people  that his mother was Called Margaret. In his earlier years he mostly spend working on the farm of his parents, only when he was around 15 years of age did this change. As in his town there was no education, he looked into becoming a monk or priest aide, so he could get good education which he couldn't otherwise.

Travels to Africa[]

After working for a period of two years in the harbour, the Hague, Hendrickus Pisacus was able to gather all money, food and scientific material he needed for his journey. Hendrick's goal simple find the source of Gold and High grade Blackpower, as he wish to gain a monopoly on the trade and making of those materials. So in 1331 AD after being named an honorary member of the House of Reginarid by Archduke John I of Lothiers, leaves the Hague on boat towards his promised land. The sail trip taking him 13 days to go to Crunia in the Kingdom of Castile, where he then has his equipment loaded of and set on mules and horses.

After finding a good place for himself and his explorers. This being on a small Sahara peninsula, halfway between the Mediterranean and the Mali empire. Al-ismak and his explorers dubbing this كامبنة (Kambina) peninsula, which is a reference to his native Campines. As both have mostly sandy and hot grounds, which the area being seen as a more extreme version of the home area.
